Wellness Across Ages

Today’s diverse workplace includes Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z- each with unique values and wellness needs. Unaddressed, these differences can cause disengagement, misunderstandings, or ageism. This book explores generational distinctions in the Indian context, and thus promotes diversity as an opportunity.

For the design of this book, I wanted to showcase a traditional Indian artwork. So inspiration was taken from Cheriyal scroll paintings- a stylised version of Nakashi art, from Telangana.
